What happens when you are taken to court.

I have been to CAB and the man who deals with debt has finally got back to me but its going to court and I wondered what exactly happens and how much information the courts will get and is it a different court to criminal courts even though it is a county court.

The CAB said its good if it goes to court as I will then just be told topay a few quid a week but I am worried

it is a civil court not a criminal court. I think thye will jsut want to know all your financial information and work out an affordable way for you to repay the debt. The court will make an order to that effect.
