DS Savings Account

Hello. Me and my son opened a savings account for my DS and they have just put his first name and not his middle names on the letters but everything he does he uses his first and middle names. Nationwide said that you can change it but I used passport, birth cert and letter and the full name was on it. Do I make complaint.

That's standard, nothing to make a complaint about. Just ask them to start sending things out using his full name if you prefer but the normal default is to use first name an surname!
