hi
just wondering if anyone could help i recently went onto income support and had to fill in a part on child maintenance,
my ex husband has not seen DD in 3 yrs and we split up when DS was 5 weeks old and he has never seen him, if thet manage to sort maintenance(unlikely but just in case) does he then have rights to see my children? (would only see them in spite)

Having done the sam as you in January they still haven't sorted out maintenance for me and DS!!!!

In terms of access I don't think that CSA can enforce anything - infact, if he did want access I would go through a solicitor to set up a bare minimum supervised contact arrangement. My exP and DS will never be alone if I have anything to do with it.
Don't worry - if he really can't be bothered for the last 3yrs then I doubt that would change now.

Hope you are enjoying Herefordshire - I lived there until I moved in Jan.
