It leaked the first time when we'd been here a few weeks.

It's leaking in 5 separate places as I type this.

It leaks when there is really heavy rain, like now.

There were/are water marks on the laminate flooring when we moved in but we just assumed it was from the kitchen/washing machine.something else.

Is it too late to do anything?

Too nervous to go to bed as DH is as work and I worried we'll be flooded by the morning....

Survey did mention that the roof wouldn't keep the heat in in winter but nothing about water getting in or existing water damage....

is there still a garuntee for the conservatory. bit like double glazing which would be transferable to the new owners. if yiudont know ask solictor to find out form previous owners.

conservatory was biult by the people who owned it before our vendors....possibly even the ones before that.

Strangley no-one lived in this house longer than a few yrs, we'll be moving a a few yrs too because of the new baby.

worth checking with previous vendors if not may be contacting a coule of builders. may not be serious.

Thank god the rain stopped....finally got to bed at gone midnight with 7 different areas letting in water.

I've never seen/heard rain like it....frightened the life out of me TBH.
