I know this is my fault... although we did have a family death at the time which I explained.
Fortunately lady on phone was sympathetic and said she'd refer it but it might take up to 4 weeks to reconsider.
Just feeling p'd off with myself more than anything :s anyone ever submit anything a day or so late? Did you manage to get them to reinstate it? X
