I really need some help. Does anyone know of or can anyone please recommend an independent financial adviser that specialises in adverse credit mortgages/sub-primes mortgages within the NORTHERN IRELAND AREA???
I have been paying only the interest on my mortgage for the past few years after my husband was made redundant. Now he has found a new job and I need to renegotiate my mortgage deal and start paying some money off the amount owed and not just the interest every month.
The problem is that we are now listed as bad creditors as we missed some payments of credit cards etc during the time he was made redundant, although we have never missed our interest payments on our mortgage.
Basically I need to go back to scratch and try to negotiate a 25-30 year repayment mortgage with a provider but I need the name of a really good local financial adviser to help us apply etc.
