How much do you pay to have your windows cleaned (London)?

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but if you have a window cleaner, how much do you pay for what size of house?

Just moved to a house from a flat and all the quotes I've got seem extortionate! And they all seem to involve people coming with pressure hoses and all sorts of things. Really just looking for a bloke to come once a month with a squeegee on a stick and want to sense check what's reasonable!

I pay £11 per month. I have two front windows, two side windows, door, and two small skylights. I do the back of the house myself.

15 pound every three weeks in the south east for a 4 bed chalet style house, front and back.

£7 a month, just the front of a three-bed terrace.

£25 a go, so only get it done every couple of months. Wondering if I'm being striped up now, I'm in the country, not London.

£6 every two months for a 2 bed flat-really long front room window, 2 x bedroom windows, bathroom, kitchen (inc balcony door which is half glass).

Living room and one bedroom at front, everything else at the back.

£15 a month on a bungalow and there is a lot of glass as the back is 8 metres across and all glass (conservatory). We are in Surrey.

Germgirl · 14/08/2014 12:41

£7 once a month. Not many windows though. Just the 2 large front windows, one smaller front window & the tiny window in the front door. Everything else we do ourselves. about once a year I'm in SE London, Lewisham.

Large-ish house. 5 bed, 3 storey, period detached.
