Customer compliance letter (again)

A year ago I got a letter from customer compliance officer for an interview. when I got there I was told I was being investigated as someone had reported I was seeing someone and they were staying at mine. That was last July. I told the interviewer I had been in a casual relationship which the father of my children found out about and he reported me to various ppl Inc the police, social services and benefits. I have just received another customer compliance letter for another interview. Will this be chasing up last year's report? Surely If they were going to take it further wouldn't of waited 11 months to hear from them? :/

If your ex is a troublemaker then it could be a new report. Been seeing anyone new lately?

If it's the ex again and there's again no foundation to it, then it feels a bit like harassment from the benefits people. Do you feel like complaining?

Not seen anyone lol. No male company in and out of my house lol. It's getting annoying now. I am in training and trying so hard to better myself to get off benefits. Am also a full time caret of my son so I don't even get the full allowance of income support. It's reduced cos I claim carers

My money would be on it being a new report (possibly malicious) rather than a continuation of the old one. If nothing's changed you'll probably have the same conversation as last time with the same person and everyone go on with their life.

I'm hoping you're right. Would it really take them 11 months for then to follow it up if it was about the original report? Surely they wouldn't of allowed me to claim all this time :/
