I think I am being overpaid by my ex job. I have received four payments from them this month for around £250/300 but have been unable to clarify what the payments are for as they have not sent me payslips. I have received two payslips from them but only one that was itemised, I am so confused as to where these payments are coming from!
I have just emailed them asking for my P60 hoping this will flag up any payment errors on their system but I need to know where I stand with regards to knowing about the overpayments (and therefore being liable) without having received proper payslips or any communication with them?
