Q: Balance Transfer 'Circle'

Is it allowed? For instance...

Card 'A' has a limit of £5700.
It's current balance is £1500. We pay interest each month on this amount.
But received New offer of 0% on balance transfers for 13months.

Card 'B' has a balance of £500 with 0% on balance transfers until July 2015. So no interest being paid on this card.

Can we transfer Card 'A' balance to Card 'B' and then transfer the WHOLE amount back to Card 'A' and take advantage of offer? Is it allowed? Is there a catch? Offer runs out in 12 days.

You will pay a fee on each transfer- around 3% normally
