Any currently selling a house?

We are selling a house which has been rented out for 5 years. Finding it stressful, just wondered how others are finding the house market currently.

I'm in the midlands and the house market is bonkers. Stuffs moving really quickly. I was considering selling a house but have decided to hang onto it and rent it out. I've been keeping an eye on the local market and all terraced houses seem to be selling within a few weeks of coming on the market. The agents I spoke to the other week saying they're starting to get bidding wars on some properties.

That's great news. I'm selling a rental property. Its only been on 10 days. Had one very low offer. We are in the North West. If it doesn't sell looks like I will be renting it out again. Headache!!!
