HELP!! Tax credits payment due tomorrow but need to change details will they stop my payment?

My back payment for my tax credits is due tomorrow and I need my money because its 6 weeks already and only had 30 pound a week to live off with two children who are one and three and I don't want to ring up and change details today if they will stop my payment tomorrow and also do you get more if you both work in a couple? Need answer ASAP thanks so much for your help!! Sara xx

I would ring tomorrow when the payment has gone through.

I had to change my details recently and they said it could take 5 days. It turned out that one extra payment went into my old account but the next month's went to the new one. It was ok as mine were both still active.

But I'd explain your situation and see if they can speed it up for you. Best of luck.

Oh, I think I got the wrong end of the stick there. Just call tomorrow instead?

Thanks that's what Iam going to do and don't suppose you would no why my back payment has gone down 650 ish would it be because of me not working so no childcare costs and my partner down for working 40 @ 7 but he actually only get min wage which is 6.31 so I got it all wrong again if that makes any sense lol thanks x

oh heck, no, I can never work out the payments, I just take the money & run.

Lol they stopped that amount now not even getting half of it but details are wrong that's y I need to change it but don't no why it's changed that much it's sending me crazy!
