Online banking - do u trust them?

as dp wants me to log on to my bank to keep track of our finance but its seems to be scary as i have visions of someone found our dets and so on!!

Hiya
We do all our banking online (both savings and main account is in the same bank), and we have never had a problem.
Nobody knows our password or details etc.

We do our main banking online. Only problem we have is that the site is sometimes down.
(Wouldn't really matter if someone DID get out dets - there's f*ck all in the bank and our credit rating is probably only slightly higher than a tramp living under a bridge with a can of Breakers and a crusty w@nk sock)

Any time anyone's account gets hacked, they have to give you back all the money. They don't always behave the same way re: regular banking - if your card gets stolen, and your account gets drained, they often accuse you of leaving your pin around etc. But for online banking, from what I know, it's no questions asked, you get your money back.
