Credit question

deerkitty · 12/05/2014 15:53

Today I applied for credit which was turned down. When I had a look at my credit report apparently I owe £14 to orange/EE which I actually dispute.

This sounds like such a ridiculous thing. How can I take it off my credit history or get credit?!

Does the 14 show as a default or has it gone to CCJ state? When does it date back to?

deerkitty · 12/05/2014 16:41

it dates back to march. It says it's unpaid they have stopped the credit agreement not a CCJ yet.

Do you owe it? If so I'd just phone them and pay it.

I'm sitting here thinking about it and I tried to unlock my orange phone early on this year. They said they couldn't do it as I owed money on the account so I gave them my details. So they obviously didn't take the money.

If I pay it which I'm happy to do to get rid of it will it put the score 'right'

Ok I've settled and spoken to orange and sent an email to them.
