Anyone heard of capped water charges if 3 or more children

I`m sure i saw a thread saying that if you have 3 or more children living at home the waterboard can make sure your bill is capped at an average amount.
Anyone know about this or actually done it.

you have to be in receipt of benefits or the low-income related tax credits, as well as having 3 kids in full time education

there's a link here from the southern water site - pretty sure it's the same for all companies though

It is worth checking with your water board.

PLease bump to help out others that havn't seen this (I have spoken to 7 families in RL - none knew about it - I am sure there are many many others on MN).

Check it out. I wouldn't say my income is particularly low & I qualify. You can also qualify if you have certain medical conditions. Your water board should have all the details.
