HMRC overpayment at tribunal

Please, can you help me how to undrestand this letter??? I appealed against the decision and it got to the tribunal and here is the statement for reasons
statement for reasons... appealant did not provide any documentation providing she was responsible for a child and only relies on her own assertion that she is responsible for a child...it says: this is an appeal agains the decision of the respondent dated 25.8.11 that the appelant is entitled to WTC of 1118,69 and CTC of 9,31 for period 6.4.2010 to 5.4.2011 please can you tell me if this is the amount they want me to pay back??? the letter also says that for period 2009/10 was awarded 1113,48 in WTC
Then it says that she added child on 24.1.2011 and was awarded 11838,70 in WTC and 1303,40 in CTC...this seems to be very strange for me..what this means, please???
We asked for permission to appeal to the upper tribunal as we managed to find some documentation from HNS showing our son was living at the same address as me.
Please can anyone tell me how much I really owe to the HMRC??? This is very confusing for me, thank you all

Go to the CAB
take all of the paperwork, sorted into date order
take your proof of income for the year before up to date
take proof of child benefit and any childcare costs
CAB will check it for you

OK,
re post in the morning
with all of your numbers in date order

when you went to the CAB was your file tidy and organised and complete? : they have very limited resources - they help those who help themselves

get organised and then everything starts to come clear

I think I have everithing in order, but the lady had only ten minutes for me...I stayed there for about 30 minutes as I had lots of questions ready but she did not even look at the papers, only said to communicate with HMRC. Firstly the letter from HMRC said that there is overpayment for about 1900 pounds but this seems to say something different...thats why Im confused
