Just wanted to share really. We had a successful PPI claim paid out two years ago on an old hsbc credit card. We received a letter this week saying they had re evaluated the claim and are making another payment equal to the first payment to settle our complaint! Let's just say it was a very welcome surprise and certainly enough to make a difference, so for anyone else who may have claimed with hsbc, keep your eyes peeled in the post!!
