Dorma bedlinen

At the beginning of July I treated us to a full set of Dorma bedlinen after joining the 'LinenLoversClub'
It came to £239.
Anyway, only some of the order came about weeks later.
Now more than 7 weeks later I haven't received two pillowcases, a flat sheet, fitted sheet and a throw.
Last week I contacted them twice and they agreed to refund me the cost of what had not been delivered.
£168!
It has not been refunded, still.
I have phoned this morning and there has been no reply on the number.

I am getting increasingly angry and there are lots of things I am planning for this refund. I am going back to work in 2 weeks.

What shall I do?

Did you pay by credit card? You could phone the card company and tell them what's happened and ask to put the payment into dispute. If the company has closed down then the credit card company will have to refund you what you're owed.
