At the beginning of July I treated us to a full set of Dorma bedlinen after joining the 'LinenLoversClub'
It came to £239.
Anyway, only some of the order came about weeks later.
Now more than 7 weeks later I haven't received two pillowcases, a flat sheet, fitted sheet and a throw.
Last week I contacted them twice and they agreed to refund me the cost of what had not been delivered.
£168!
It has not been refunded, still.
I have phoned this morning and there has been no reply on the number.
I am getting increasingly angry and there are lots of things I am planning for this refund. I am going back to work in 2 weeks.
What shall I do?
