I've found a few threads regarding self employment and working tax credit and seen the Turn2Us site but I still have some ?s if anyone can help? I'd be very grateful. I'm not sure how I can fill the form in as I've just come to the end of my maternity leave/pay so don't really fall under any of their options. I look after our 2 DCs full time, am registered self employed and Ds uses his 15 hours at a school nursery. Dh earns about 45k and is also self employed. Any help??

Ok, so WTC or different from child care vouchers. Am I right in thinking we're not eligible for either given dh's earnings?

I don't think you're eligible for wtc with your DHs salary.

I think the WTC is the one when you are on a low salary I think it 'a about £16000 or so? The other part of tax credits is to do with childcare costs I think one child max salary £26000 two £32000 so with that level of salary you would not qualify for anything sorry.
