After they messed up our account (a virus on our account apparently) we were told that we would be informed how to claim the bank charges (which will be high) back from them, and they said they'd send a leaflet. got a letter today - 'We are sorry, how to complainleaflet is out of stock until further notice'
Now other thana dmned good way to reduce complaint levels, I need to get this money claimed back.... anyoen know how, please?
