screwed up mortgage application

I've been approved in principal for a mortgage with Santander. They ask you to complete a form with the minimum outgoings you'd be happy to live off. I'm an idiot having submitted a form with a mixture of absolute min and normal and completely abnormal outgoings which means it now bears no relation to either my normal budget or my minimum budget.
There is still £574 left between salary and outgoings (and the mortgage is approx 2X salary) - anyone got any idea if they are likely to reject on this basis, and whether they would give me the chance to resubmit if this was the only issue?

Give them a call and tell them... Those forms are so convoluted, they must get this all the time!
