Please can you let me know if its possible to request CSA payments under the Freedom of Information please?

Basically, the CSA has been making some serious errors with the maintenance payments from my ex, so I want to know how much they have been taking from my ex.

The deductions are coming straight from his employers.

Is it possible to request this information under the FOI?

have posted a link on your ther thread. from quickly scanning i would say that the CSA are a public body and therefore required to coply with FOI act requests

They are required to comply with FOI requests but someones personal information I don't think would be covered by FOI.
If it is information relating to your claim that you are requesting then the DPA would be more appropriate IMO.

The information is relating to the payments I am owed. I just want to know how much they have collected on my behalf from my ex partner.
I got a letter at the beginning of the year telling me I'm entitled to roughly £170 a month or £30 a week, but for some reason they have been paying me £34.32 a month.

SO do you think I can get this info from the DPA or the FOI?

There is another case involved in this, so she has been getting the bulk of the payments whilst I have been getting just £34. They have acknowledge it's their error and have tried every month to rectify it, but nothing seems to be working. In the meantime, I'm really in financial difficulties.
