Who to get a commercial mortgage from (inc living accom)

We are thinking of buying a 4 bed house that has a cafe attached, where should we go for a mortgage?

Just a personal view, but we've always been happy with Alliance and Leicester. They have good fully flexible mortgages. Nationwide might be worth a look to.

Another question is does anyone lend more than 75%?
