What do U do if you buy something off mumsnet but you dont recieve the item???

I bought some thing off mumsnet, paid through paypal.
Plenty of time has passed and i have not recieved the item.
I emailed the seller several times with no response.
What can I do???

raise a dispute with paypal to get your money back

I think i'd start by doing a thread with their mn name in it asking them to contact you.

Is the "seller" still active on MN ? Give them a last chance to respond with a deadline, with every contact means you have available, then chase through Paypal (although not sure how/if it works)and then, as a last resort, perhaps contact MNHQ. There have apparently been some such instances in the past.

I would email the seller every day until I got a response, I think. If I couldn't get a response that way I would put out a call on MN - not as a "naming and shaming" exercise but just as the only other way you have of making contact. I know it's awkward, but if you've paid for the item you do have the right to expect to receive it.
