yeah i hope so too. why did they slash it for? i swear them people don't know what they are doing.

misdee · 02/08/2006 12:43

because dd2 dla has stopped. i told them but they didnt readjust enough and i didnt check. bah bah. so they have overpaid me for 2months. my own fault.

OP posts:
Han4Dan · 02/08/2006 12:45

oh dear, hope you can get it sorted misdee.

Sorry again. i feel terrible.

Nemo1977 · 02/08/2006 12:47

why have they stopped dla??

tax credts are dipsticks..bloody hate them..been shafted more than once by their incompetence.

misdee · 02/08/2006 15:35

the dont feel dd2 requires any extra supervision to a child of her age. dd2 is dangerous if left alone. she is 4yrs old, with As traits, co-ordination problems, speech delay, eczema, no sense of danger, appears to hyper sensitive (she just hit another kid today who touched her, its reflex action) and has behaviour issues.

they denied her claim back in march. we are now in appeal after we got a no from reconsideration. so since march i have been down £260 a month, now another £80 per week. and we also lost dh dla back in july last year, which is another £260 a month.

none of this really matters anyweay, as |peter will be home next week and we wont have as muchy spends on petrol and thinsg for hospital, and his DLA will restart.
