I went to look at a new property yesterday (rental) and was told it was 450 a month plus 450 bond up front. Today after i called the agent to tell her we would take it, the landlord has decidede to up the bond to 500 pound. Now i know this isn't q huge amount but is he allowed to just change the amount like that?
TIA for any help or advice.

Oh right i just didnt think when they set an amount they could change it just like that. But thank anyway
