how long does income support take to sort out

currently recieve - working tax credit - child tax credit.

Also dla and carers allowance as well will there be effected?

any help apreciated

i got my income support really quickly was a two weeks i think but got it back dated from the day i claimed you would get child tax credit. Are you working? you might not get the full amount of income support i think it's £57 a week.
I don't know about carers allowance.

income support can take about amonth to sort out if i remeber right but they do back date from the day you apply so get filling in, the others need to be made aware and your payments go up, so get on the phone! good luck!
