Last Saturday my 'D' P hired me an executive car for my birthday. I was furious because it cost a lot of money that we do not have what with Christmas and being 8 months pregnant me not at work etc.
The rental company who are not well known are sat on our £750 deposit. We handed the car back in perfect condition refuelled on Monday morning last week. They claim that they sent a refund on Thursday morning but there is nothing in my bank account yet. I really need this money back and I have an awful feeling that they are going to scam us.
What should I do? Should I wait until Monday? I've read about intinatating chargeback via our bank (he paid for it on a debit card ??) really stressing about this and bloody angry about it! Thanks
