..virgin landlord and wondering whether anything i should think of for doing my own inventory or is it just a matter of typing out and all parties signing a simple list of contents (not much anyway as leaving unfurnished so just curtains, shed, maybe bathrm cabinets etc) But also thinking of leaving huge but valuable item of furniture as tenant expressed interest in it and would be v expensive to store for mths. Any recs on doing this? Agent fairly unhelpful other than saying if it's valuable, don't leave it.
