Tax refund

I took voluntary redundancy from my post in August and have just opened a shop of my own.

Do i have to wait till the end of the tax year for a refund?

Anyone?

why would you get a refund?
how much was your taxable redundancy relative to your personal allowance?
how much are you making on the shop?

Yes thats correct. My shop only opened last Sat and the capital spend on setting it up would mean that its unlikely i will be taxable until next spring
