anything, my mums been insured for donkeys years and has never put in a claim for anything...this is car insurance..

They are only interested in the last 6 years at the most so you'll be ok if you can find proof of those.

Because she told the insurers she with now that she has 32 years worth, they asked for proof and she didnt send it, then they sent a letter saying thanks for providing us with proof, ahh, thats one pain in the arse job out the window we thought. Now she wants to add me to the insurance and we are worried about rocking the boat.

They won't ask her again as far as they're concerned they have proof they'll simply ask for your details and add you (I used to work for a car ins co.)
