hello i would like to change my surname by de-poll does anyone know how to do it and how much it costs. any information would be great

I did mine online I think it was about £25.

You don't need to pay anything. All you need to do is write out a declaration which you sign. Sample declaration here .

All you need to pay is the fee to the Solicitor to swear when you sign it. Do not sign it before going to see the solicitor. Think the fee is less than £10 these days.
