accrued holiday pay after SMP

I originally posted this onto an existing post on a similar vein but was kindly advised (Thx again Viper!) to start another thread in the hope of getting more advice, so here goes! Basically, I'm in my last month of smp now (I think I've 2wks left) but according to the terms of my leave I don't have to return to work til Jan; however, I've just received a letter from my boss asking if I know if I'll likely be coming back at all in Jan - we've since moved away from the area so it's a fair question - as if not, she would like to pay me for my accrued holiday in with my last pay cheque at the end of this month.... Obviously that sounds great in theory but my query is, does anyone know if I should be expecting my mat leave rate of pay for this accrued holiday, or my previous normal rate of pay??
Thanks in advance!! Smile

It will be calculated according to your pre maternity full rate of pay.
