We are waiting for a mortgage acceptance from Nationwide. They have taken the arrangement & the survey fees today. So,can I get a little bit excited?!

I'd guess you've got it, maybe a letter is being sent today. Why not call their mortgages department and ask?

Spoke to my broker,he said they deduct the money at the beginning of the process & it doesn't mean anything. Harrumph.
