Quickquid Loan

Just wondering if anyone could help me out. I took out a small payday loan with Quickquid to cover a bill, arranging to pay them back the entirety and the charge at the end of the month. They were due to take the money yesterday, but have not.

Double checked my bank account, there's definitely been nothing taken, logged into Quickquid and checked out my loan history: it's displaying my account as paid off in full. What's most strange is that they have recorded my loan as one stated day of the month, when I actually didn't take the loan until two days after that. It's all very odd. I'm sure it can't be that my bank just hasn't caught up yet, as I've used them in the past, and the money has always gone straight away, no delays at all.

However, now I'm worried that if I contact Quickquid, I will be charged for a late payment. Do you think that may happen? Would anybody be able to shed some light on what is going on?

Thanks.

Contact your bank.

Thinking about it, I've had that with payments to my credit card showing paid but no sign of it on my bank statement but all come right in the end. And if you've instructed your bank they will have to reimburse any late charges in any case as it is their error.
