Has anyone had a letter from Northern Rock Asset Management about a refund due to misleading wording and a refund to interest paid?

I've received one today and was wondering if it was legit, and if so, how long it might be until a cheque arrived!

TIA!

I haven't but a friend of mine received one a few weeks ago, appears legit although they've assumed any refund will come off the mortgage as they still have one with nram. Have you moved your mortgage?

Yes I have had one with a form to fill in, just waiting for my cheque now, there is loads on money saving forum about it.

I moved my mortgage a few years ago.

I received the letter from my expartner and he's not the best communicator! Not even sure how they got hold of him. Oh well - sounds like free money.

Pooflower - I can't find the info on it? Also with nram and wondering what it's all about. Do you have the link for mse?

Cheers
