Does anyone live with parents and get tax credits?

I'm currently having to live with my parents for a year or so with my son and I have found out I am entitled to working tax credits and child tax credits because I work part time.
Does living with your parents affect this? Because I am completely financially independent from them and pay them towards food and electric etc. I'm just concerned their income will affect my entitlement!

Any experience would be great Smile

It won't, only a partners income affects tax credits.

It won't, I've done it before Smile

That's a big relief! Thank you :) don't know how I'd survive if not! Cheers for the replies! Grin
