insurance - payout

last year had a ca accident and DD could not attend her ballet lessons. I still had to pay for the ballet lessons. will insurance pay for this?

I can't see why as there are other means of getting her there - I think insurance claims cover cost of damage to car & damage to people in the car.

Don't think so . Presumably there is public transport, lifts, taxi etc you could have organised. It isn't loss of earnings .

Do you mean a car accident? Was your dd injured or are you saying she didn't go to ballet lessons as you had no car? I don't think there's anything that would cover the cost of the ballet lessons.
