Has anyone requested an SA302 for a mortgage application?

If you did, how long did it take?

Natwest won't accept anything off my chartered accountant, could I print off my own SA302?

On what basis will they not accept the paperwork from your CCAB accountant. Cheeky gits.

I don't know, the accountants a bit miffed tbh.

What does an SA302 show?

I looked on Natwests website for brokers, accountants certificates are not acceptable anymore.

I've used the submitted PDF of the tax calculation for a couple of clients
and that - for past years - with a best estimate for the current year seems to do the trick

about 4 or 5 days (although I think they say upto 2 weeks).
Pretty standard practice to want the SA302 and not accept tax calcs from the accountant nowadays.
You can't print them off yourself.

although often they want an accountants certificate as well - but as, in accordance with guidance from the various institutes, most accountants aren't prepared to confirm anything about the future (as frankly you can't) they are pretty worthless.

It's arrived! Sent on the 10th so that's quite quick for HMRC.
