I think it means shall not take out a loan/mortgage/credit card and then intentionally not pay it back/claim poverty

Police Financial Vetting arrangements uses this phrasing.

It means that they will not consider applications for people with current defaults, whether that be by arrangement (ie. IVA/DRO/Bankruptcy) or other court order (ie. CCJ).

They will consider applications after a prescribed time limit has passed (ie. 3 years for bankruptcy).

Yes that's where I seen it lou I'm applying and was just wondering what that meant . I do have debts but no defaults or anything so that's fine . Thanks Smile
