Tax credits renewal

Hi does anyone know it long it is taking to process a renewal at the moment or average time people are waiting?

Did my renewal over the phone on Tuesday evening xx

Don't think you can review until your renewal stuff comes through the post. You can tell them any changed over the phone but you still have to wait (end if may I think?) for the firms to fond so you have checked everything is correct.

Some people have the forms already, I got mine last week.

I've had my form and did all stuff over the phone on Tuesday, just wandering how long it took x

I've had a change in my circumstances over the past few weeks. I rang them on the Monday and got a letter through with my new award on the Saturday.

IIRC, last year took about a fortnight. Got a couple of lump sums then my weekly payment went down after that
