Help - getting billed for payments that have already been made.

Can anyone advise?. I used the after school club for a few weeks and paid the bill as soon as I got the invoice. The website stated that credit card payments were liable to an extra charge which would be added to the final payment. I cannot remember if this was added but my receipts show payments only for the original amount.

Now I m getting invoices for the part of the original payment and cannot understand how they have worked it out as it amounts to more than the credit card payment charge.

I am getting no replies from the club either by email or by phone.

Take a photocopy of the receipt/s and put it in an envelope to them with a covering letter saying that you've paid the bill and trust that your account is settled. Keep a copy of the letter.
