how long do they take to claim and how much. do they pay out for certain injurys

You'll have to ask your insurance company both questions. Some pay out quicker than others, sometimes the claim can be disputed or delayed, and the amount of compensation will vary depending on the nature of the injury and the circumstances of the accident
