If you have completed your renewal they may have paid what they owe you, I got 2 nice big payments today and its not my payment day yet. I do know that I had been underpaid though so was expecting it. Hth

I got asked for 'an incorrect overpayment' back.
when i asked what it was got told i had been paid it twice.

I wouldn't offer - but i wouldn't spend it either!

Agree with UKmum, don't spend it!

Lots of us on here have been stung by them in the past. Basically because they don't get round to doing the renewals in time, they continue paying you, sometimes double and then stop paying you for a year until you're paid up. (at least thats what happened to me Sad.)

If your partners new job has a lower salary then hopefully it is an increase in your payments, but if he's increased his salary, i'd definitely say its an accidental overpayment on their part.

I get 2 amounts each month - one is wftc and the other is ctc, do you think you have become entitled to wftc now? Also agree, if it is an overpayment don't spend it - they overpaid us at the beginning of last year and suddenly dropped our payments to less than half for the last few months of the financial year, we struggled big time!!

UKmum4 · 04/05/2006 22:55

forgot to say...it took them a while!

NotAnOtter · 04/05/2006 23:02

we had to pay some back once Sad

SparklyGothKat · 04/05/2006 23:05

when you phone them with any changes they pay an extra payment
