Help... Estate agents please advise me...

Will try to be brief and unsure if this should be posted in AIBU.

We sold our family home 4 years ago to a "gentleman" planning to let the property. House sale did not go smoothly and we were very upset with his attitude at times.

The house is now being re-advertised for rent and the estate agents who sold our house and are now managing the property have reused our photos from the house sale. Do we have ownership over these the photos and is it unreasonable to request the photos be removed, particularly as some show our own family photographs in the background.

Presumably the estate agent took the photos?

Yes they did, does this give them copyright?

And as the family photos weren't an issue when you were selling the house why are they now 4 years later when you are no longer living there?

If it were me I would have taken new photos, but really I think you need to let it go and accept that the house is no longer part of your life
