Self-employed - maternity allowance?!

Self employed with a 1yo, starting to plan a second Smile

According to DH's research, if I pay my class two NICs at £2.something a week, I will be eligible for the full maternity allowance of £150ish a week for 39 weeks? Or is it 90% of earnings?

Can this be right? I only earn +/- £80 a week. Advice appreciated from anyone with experience or knowledge of this! Tia Thanks
