Is it wrong to get a loan for something you dont need?

I am harping on about my mini again.

I dont need it, dh is um-ing and ar-ing about the price,

and I'm starting to get seriously pissed off with it all .... will I just pretend I have never thought about it/seen it/driven in

If you are going to fret about the cost/loan/extravagance then you probably won't enjoy the car when you've got it.
