Natwest have really fobbed me off with my PPI claim - they agree I have been paying PPI but say I was not missold, but I believe I have proved that I was. They say I need to go to FOS now as they won't change their mind. So, I've written to the FOS yesterday. Anyone else dealing with the FOS for Natwest/RBS PPI? How long has it taken? I also sent a copy of my FOS form to my Natwest caseworker - was this a good idea or not? Can they change their mind so it doesn't have to go through the Ombudsman?
