Secured credit cards - do they exist here?

I would like a secured card - they type where you give the bank for example 10000 pounds and they give a card with a 5000 pounds limit the balance to be cleared every month. I know they exist in other countries, but are there any here?

There are some on this comparison site Other places offer cards that you can use to rebuild your credit rating which seem to offer high APR% but bonuses for paying on time. Don't think you'd get as high as £5000 that way, however. Alternatively, you can set up a direct debit to pay off the full balance each month... that applies to any credit card.
