Move house or do up where we are ?

That's it really. live in nice house in ok road but want am being total snob and would like a house with more curb appeal in posher road. But it that really short sighted if it means less cashflow for a few years?

Or is it worth the investment?
So basically, make do, live for now and tart up present house and have some cash for fun stuff?

Or invest for the future and try to get dream house? But be skinter now?

What is curb appeal?

y'know when you are driving round and go ooo that house looks nice cos it looks good from the curb. well that's what kirsty and phil say anyway. And my house is nice but you don't go oooo look at that lovely house. You think that it's nicer inside type thing...
